Details
Project Brief : TCA (Technical Character Animation) This course builds a foundation in body mechanics, focusing on weight, balance, and authenticity. Students master the 12 principles of animation through exercises like a ball bounce, advancing to blocking, splining, and polishing workflows. Designed for FX, film, and game animation, it offers hands-on exposure to the art of movement.

This course opened a new door for me. I had so much fun transforming from a beginner with little to no character animation experience into somewhat fluent in an animator’s language. I developed a solid understanding of character animation workflows in Maya and learned to bridge the principles of VFX and animation, enriching my creative process.
